To ensure the smooth and sustainable implementation and utilization of the LRM, the Project TIMER or The Information Manual of Educational Resources, an intervention that will improve the access to instructional and learning materials, address the issues and problems on the use of the LR Portal and provide opportunities in developing and managing learning resources to school level through the collaborative work of the school heads, school LRMDS coordinators, libraries-in-charge, and their assistants using the developed manual.
TIMER will facilitate a fast and easy access on how to manage the utilization and implementation of the learning resources by the school heads, libraries-in-charge, and LRMDS coordinators even without the presence of the LRM personnel. This will also sustain the documented ISO process of the LRMDS section.

This establishes the guidelines in performing the provision of field technical assistance to all the public elementary and secondary schools in the City Schools Division of Cabuyao in order to improve curriculum and instruction, programs, projects, and activities implementation in the New Normal.
It is a guide for the technical assistance providers and receivers on what areas of concerns need to be addressed, monitored, and evaluated for the delivery of quality services in terms of curriculum implementation.
